This has been one of the popular products from Skin1004 as it started going viral with its sunscreen. I incorporated this product into my morning skincare routine as a calming product before I use a vitamin C serum. This serum gives a nice glow that is not too dewy while calming and lightly hydrating the skin. I feel that over prolonged use, the skin barrier health is also improved as it is gently tackling skin concerns. I also did notice calming of an active breakout I had while using this product. Granted, youād need a BHA or benzyl peroxide or pimple patch to kill the pimple but the calming effect from the ampoule does help to expedite the process.
Would I recommend:
If your skin is prone to some irritation, yes. If you do not struggle with sensitivity or irritation or require some extra hydration, you may be better off looking into BHA or tea tree oil based products to tackle problems like acne. For skin texture, products offering deep hydration and light exfoliation may be better. However, if you are in the market for something to help with any inflammation or soothing skin while providing some hydration and glow, this is a competitively priced item to consider to add to your routine.
