Review
This was part of the initial launch of Rhode and I finally managed to get my hands on it and have been trying it out for a month now. It has quickly become a favourite amongst many people and understandably so. It is a milky toner that packs a punch with hydration and provides some relief to dullness, redness and tackles some texture. It seems to have been influenced by K-Beauty that already has some milky toners. While it is not too thick, it has weight to it and you can use it accordingly and apply more generously if you are dryer or dehydrated and lesser if you have an oilier skin type. Also has an added benefit of being fragrance free which would not irritate people with more sensitive skin types.
Would I recommend?
Yes. Do note that USD30 is kind of a steep price when comparing to its K-Beauty competitors namely Laneige Cream Skin Refiner and Tir Tir Milk Toner. While its consistency is different from the 2 products I mentioned and they are not identical, they definitely fall into the same category of milk toners. It is definitely worth checking out and a solid product but if you find yourself liking milky toners do also consider its K-Beauty alternatives (especially if you are able to get your hands on them) as that may save you some money.
